“Good Location and Service, but Basic Amenities”
The service in the breakfast area could also be improved, the food was plain and basic, the waitress seemed a bit rude and there was no greeting or welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.
The rooms were clean and comfortable; however, the AC unit is old and noisy,the amenities were quite limited, with only one bottle of water and one toothbrush provided. The soap and shampoo also seemed to be of very low quality, super watery products.
Overall, while the hotel has some positive aspects, I would personally rate it closer to a 3–star experience at best.
