Lovely hotel and wonderful staff! We had a partial sea view room, wonderful! The breakfast is a very good selection of hot food, fresh juice, pastries, yogurt, and coffee. The pool is surrounded by tropical plants, hibiscus and palms. The staff were so friendly, our room was ready for us early, and we were able to hit the beach right away. Literally across the plaza! The bed was comfortable, the AC worked really well, and there are several restaurants on the plaza. Gorgeous location!

A different experience

Great beach location opposite Beach
URH Sitges remains our hotel of choice on our annual visit to Sitges.
This year we visited in the offseason instead of in the summer and definitely had a different experience in the town. It was quiter and much easier for restaurant/tapas bar bookings and browsing the wonderful shops.
Our frontal sea view was fantastic. Bed was comfortable and we had tea/coffee facilities. We did notice since our last visits 8 months ago, that their are some maintenance issues here and there. Some broken tiles which have been patched up , broken beading on the glass door leading to the balcony, dirty umbrellas in the restaurant Amanit, fewer items for the breakfast buffet than we have had on our 3 previous visits.
The small plastic table in our balcony had a large crack in the middle when we arrived which we reported to reception 3 times but nothing was done about it. We took the table down to reception in the end to get it replaced on our 3rd day. As we had paid extra for a balcony sea view room it is reasonable to expect balcony furniture which is usable.
We must however commend the staff, Cristina, Ivan,Domingo for looking after us well..we hope the maintenance issues are resolved as we love this homely hotel and want to keep staying here.

Staff very nice and helpful. Its 20 steps to besst beach in sitges. Try costadorada restaurant about 1 minute towards the church at end of beach. Cant beat location if you love the beach.

Beautiful location on San Sebastian beach.

A small hotel on the beach in San Sebastian, a pedestrian area full of restaurants and bars. Super cute location, from the hotel door to the sea there are about 150 meters, maybe even less. Private garage at a very reasonable price. Large rooms with small balconies. Small but very enjoyable pool, with beautiful hibiscus plants, palm trees, and weeping figs. Top-notch cleanliness with the best service ever seen in a hotel, even 5-star luxury ones. A round of applause for the ladies who work as housekeepers, who are extraordinary. Very kind at the front desk, the guy who works in the afternoon is very kind (I don't remember his name but thanks again for the lighter). The breakfast service is poor, of a lower level compared to the hotel's standard. Room service is absent. We had maintenance problems in the bathroom that we reported and unfortunately nothing was done. Porter service is also absent. In summary, a good hotel, but I would improve the services offered to guests with a porter, a pool bar, and a more curated breakfast for the guests.

Hi!
Wi thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel!
Super friendly staff, clean and good sized room Loved the balcony and the pool area.
Location is the best!
Very small garage hardly could squeeze my car inside.
They had a really wonderful small restaurant nearby called Bahia. Excellent food, good drinks and lovely waiters ♥️.
Only minus was the staff at breakfast, very rude unfriendly and should definitely NOT work with any kind of service related work.
First night they totally ignored me and my husband, they wouldn’t serve us.
