Excellent hotel
Animation team were good too and very engaging with kids.
Hotel is clean with a range of things to do.

Not 5* but ok for a few days
Rooms are clean and cleaning staff are great. Long queues to check in long queue at breakfast and pool loungers all reserved with towels even tho this isn’t allowed. Our room also wasn’t ready to accommodate 3 guests we had to ask, not the end of the world just annoying when your tired and would all like to rest, restaurant food is good quite pricey,
I wouldnt stay here again it was a bit too big for my liking.
Several times the pool bar had ran out of drinks and Ice cream, and the drinks machine in lobby never seems to have clean glasses
I’d recommend a visit into the centre tho some amazing buildings and great restaurants, also lime bikes are great value and easy to use

Amazing stay as we always have in this hotel
It is easy to park the car, either outside or inside the garage, the rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, and there is an adults only swimming pool, which is something we do not see everyday.
Overall, can't recommend this hotel enough!
