Great value hotel in good location staff are the cherry on top

Good location in old Seville not far from centre, great staff very helpful, room was good size, clean excellent ac. Bathroom shower, bath, bidet toilet. Plenty towels shower gel comb etc. Wardrobe i didnt use it as had small suitcase. I only ate breakfast once it was good selection in good atmosphere. It was quiet hotel, near park. I ate at their restaurant too decent food menu del dia 20 euros. Overall i dont think its 2 star its 3 plus. Good value for money i booked another night direct on their website for little more than id paid per night on my special offer. I will visit again recommended.

Need better beds

Check in should be made more seamless, tired travellers shouldn’t be inundated with information, get them to the room to rest recuperate as quickly as possible, although early check in was highly appreciated, we were given a room that was not cleaned, clearly some internal miscommunication. It took a while for the door code to be active, we tried several times for the key code to work. Due to the miscommunication we were given a room that was not as good it had practically no sunlight. The bed was too soft, we had to sleep at the foot of the bed as it was a lot firmer.

The only hotel you need in Seville!

I think this is honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've had in all my travels. You won't find many places as good value for money as Hotel Murillo.
My room was clean, modern and spacious, importantly with plugs and lights exactly where you need them! Having coffee, Coca Cola and water topped up every day for free was also an unexpected bonus, very rare these days.
The breakfast buffet is plentiful and of excellent quality.
The location is perfect.
The staff are friendly and helpful too - special shout out to Martin.

For the price and as it was rated 2 star, i wasnt expecting much. I arrived late from first staff member i met to cleaners, especially reception everyone was so friendly excellent. Only ate breakfast once very good plenty of variety. Tried the restaurant it was ok the pork cheeks delicious. The room was always clean even when i put dont disturb and forgot to take it off they still did room. I assumed they hadnt and asked for some tea coffee at reception get to room and its filled thats fast i thought then realised room was tidy. A min later knock at door and its extra tea coffee i said sorry explained he still said dont worry so nice. The room was a good size i had twin as was going to go with someone but had to go solo. It had decent shower bath, good ac beds bit firm for me slept well though. Also a bonus little balcony 2 chairs table. Theres a lift. I would recommend and i extended my 3 night stay for extra night i will revisit soon ideally not in August too hot!

Amazing place - fantastic location as everything is a 5-10 min walk. Very clean and well maintained. Water, sodas/beer and toiletries are refreshed every morning. Buffet has very good selection and is regularly topped up. Would recommend anyone to stay at Murillo. The staff is very polite and friendly - always willing to help and very easy-going.
