Seville experience

This was an amazing hotel from start to finish. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. All at reception were happy to give recommendations for eatery’s and directions.
The rooms were perfect. Comfortable and perfect air conditioning in the 40 degree heat.
The roof top pool was a massive bonus. We paid for a late checkout meaning we had our last afternoon chilling by the pool. Not heated but who needs it heated in 40 degree heat!
We had breakfast on 2 morning ms at the hotel. Well worth the money as the food was great quality.
I would highly recommend Monte Triana and if we return to Seville, wouldn’t stay at any other hotel. Bravo!

Short stay in Seville

Lovely hotel, very clean and well kept. Great rooftop pool. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Staff are so friendly, hardworking and good at their jobs.

Pleasant but pool cleaning needs improvement

The pool, which is small, is only cleaned on Monday mornings. It is very cloudy by the end of the week and does not make you want to swim in it. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-decorated. The hotel is far from the city center

Chers clients "Relax43642143304", merci d’avoir choisi l’hôtel Monte Triana. Nous sommes désolés que les explications que nous vous avons données à la réception concernant la piscine n’aient pas été suffisamment claires.
La piscine bénéficie d’un entretien et d’un nettoyage quotidiens, grâce à un système automatique qui analyse en permanence l’état et la composition de l’eau afin de doser les produits nécessaires à son entretien. Chaque lundi, un contrôle complet de l’ensemble des équipements est également effectué, et nous en profitons pour procéder à un nettoyage en profondeur de toute la zone de détente et de la piscine. Malheureusement, lorsqu’un grand nombre de clients ne se douchent pas avant la baignade afin d’éliminer la crème solaire, un court laps de temps peut être nécessaire avant que le système puisse filtrer et neutraliser les résidus de crème solaire, ce qui peut momentanément altérer la transparence parfaite de l’eau qui nous caractérise. Comme vous avez certainement pu le constater, cette situation dure généralement moins d’une heure. Vous avez également pu constater que certains clients ne prennent pas de douche avant de se baigner.
De même, nous regrettons de ne pas avoir réussi à vous faire découvrir tout le charme du quartier de Triana, notamment sa tranquillité et son authenticité. Il s’agit d’un quartier caractérisé par ses ateliers de poterie, ses maisons avec patios et ses bars proposant des tapas typiques, loin des établissements touristiques. Il se trouve à proximité des principales zones touristiques, tout en étant à l’écart de l’agitation et des foules.
Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau et de pouvoir vous donner toutes les indications nécessaires afin que vous puissiez profiter pleinement de la tranquillité, de l’emplacement et de l’attention que, nous en sommes certains, nous avons su vous offrir.

Perfect stay!

We had another fantastic stay at Monte Triana—this was actually our second time here, and once again the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.
The location is excellent—close enough to walk to Seville’s main attractions while being in a quiet, charming neighborhood away from the crowds. It was the perfect base for exploring the city.
The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and feels very new. Everything was impeccably clean, from the room to the common areas, and it was clear that the property is exceptionally well maintained.
One of the highlights is the rooftop pool, which is a wonderful place to relax after a day of sightseeing. It’s clean, well-maintained, and offers a great atmosphere to unwind while enjoying the views.
What truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Every single member of the team is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They are always happy to answer questions, recommend great places to visit or eat, and assist with anything you need. Their warm hospitality makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.
Our room was comfortable, quiet, and cleaned to a very high standard every day. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The fact that we chose Monte Triana for a second visit says it all. We will definitely be back again on our next trip to Seville and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. A five star hotel in my opinion

What an amazing hotel, spotlessly clean with our rooms attended to every day, friendly, welcoming staff, breakfast with a great variety and a lovely selection of fresh fruit and many different types of bread. The rooftop pool was brilliant, ice cold water and lots of sun beds. The gym well equipped and just the right temperature. Two smoking areas, one in the courtyard and one by the pool but not encroaching on non smokers. The hotel is right in the heart of Triana ,close to many bars,restaurants and supermarkets and its about a 25 minute walk over the bridge into Seville which is one of the prettiest cities I have ever been to. A first class hotel. We will be back.
