Desastre
Apartamentos con buena ubicacion, pero muy dejados. Paredes sucias, cables por los techos sueltos. Muebles viejos. Ofrecen parkin propio, pero no es verdad, utilizan el de mercadona y esta a 1 kilometro. No volvere.

Absolument horrible!
Appartement insalubre. Impossible d'y dormir tellement c'est bruyant. En guise de ventilation, un trou de 10cm de diamètre donnant directement sur la rue. Vous profitez aisement des conversations des passant dans la rue ou des étudiants ivres rentrant de boîtes de nuit. Les voitures roulent à vive allure dans cette ruelle étroite et pavée. Juste infernal. Côté équipement, une chaise pour 6 personnes, pas de table pour pendre un repas, pas de lave linge ni de fer à repasser pourtant prévus au contrat. Les peintures ont plusieurs décennies. Tout est sale et fracassé. Climatisation déglinguée et sans télécommande. Installation electrique bricolée et dangereuse. Four à micro ondes inutilisable car sans plateau tournant. Frigo completement rouillé. Clavier de commande de la hotte aspirante cassé. Meubles moisis. Un vrai trou à rats pour un prix se situant dans le haut de la fourchette. Impossible de parler à un responsable car injoignable. Des étudiantes sans aucune solition à proposer, ne parlant généralement pas anglais se succèdent à la réception de l'auberge de jeunesse qui jouxte et gère cet établissement. Nous avons dû trouver une autre location pour terminer notre séjour à Seville sans réussir à se faire rembourser quoi que ce soit. Probablement la pire,adresse de la ville!

You can easily enjoy the conversations of passing on the street or drunk students returning from nightclubs. Cars drive at a brisk pace in this narrow, paved alley. Just infernal. Side equipment, a chair for 6 people, no table to hang a meal, no washing machine or iron yet provided for in the contract. The paintings have several decades. Everything is dirty and shattered. Air conditioning battered and without remote control. DIY electrical installation and dangerous. Microwave oven unusable because without turntable. Fridge completely rusted. Control keypad of the exhaust hood broken. Moldy furniture. A real rat hole for a price at the top of the range. Can not talk to a manager because unreachable. Students without any solition to propose, not speaking generally English succeed one another at the reception of the youth hostel that adjoins and manages this establishment. We had to find another rental to end our stay in Seville without being able to get any money back. Probably the worst, address of the city!

A rénover totalement
Apparemment 7.
Nous sommes arrivés et on a été désagréablement surpris car les photos ne ressemblent pas trop à ce qu’on eu. Un odeur à renfermer, à moisi.
La peinture était détérioré. Pas du tout insonorisé, on entendait tout les voisins.
Ne recommande pas sauf si rénovation
