Very nice and unbeatable service.

Very nice hotel with excellent food and within urban core.The Spa very complete and clean.

Not to come back...

Dire experience. We chose this site by the SPA and the same day at the time we had it booked we found all the customers of that shift at the reception with the news that we can not use it for a breakdown, without warning and the receptionist with bad forms and all he did was try to clear himself. Price exorbitant quality for what offers accommodation and the quality of breakfast quite poor. It's not worth the money at all. Regarding the room, the bed pillows very uncomfortable. When it got cold and you couldn't regulate the radiator, they have it centralized. The next day it's a horrible heat. Also, since it was a bridge of the constitution and the hotel was saturated with people, they invented shifts for breakfast, having to choose the time slot on the first day, which limits you quite a bit. We had no choice but to make a claim. There are much better options around the area.

A regular customer from more than 30 years ago orders French tortilla (off-the-chart) for second course dinner and refuses to make it.

Right.

The rooms are large and the breakfast very complete. The views very well and a step from everything. The bad thing is the mattresses, quite uncomfortable and you hear absolutely everything from the rooms next door. Pretty good Price quality ratio.

DEAL LOUSY RESTAURANT

The worst treatment I have ever received in my life, the friendly part of the hotel, but in the restaurant Puente Real (the one of the hotel) the customer is treated hostilely, my colleagues and I were poorly received from minute one by the manager (who apparently also owns it), I was denied a glass of water and when asking because, far from receiving a justification, with which would have been enough, what I received were bad forms and total disrespect, later we requested a claim sheet and for the second time it was against the law, and the same manager did not want to grant us the token, as well as proceed to ignore us and go to another area of the bar to not listen to us. After much talk, the head of my Enterprise managed to get us the file (the police were also about to be called), although the whole process was highly increpant, intimidating and above all unpleasant of this gentleman.
