A GREAT DISCOVERY

We went to eat, since you have no review only of the grill I put it here inside the cottage itself;
As other diners say the menu is product and more product , no artifices, no chemistry, almost sauces more than the raw material used.
Miguel, the Chef, explains, tells you and makes you feel at home, as he says it is not a restaurant to use, it is a food house, and hungry you do not leave, because you eat...
We will try again that rice that looks like
I would like to comment that when we were there we had made a Reservation for three people, and they had the little shame of not showing up, not calling, not answering the calls of the restaurant, and the Chef had rejected that morning two reservations precisely because of this one of three people, since he does not want more than 2 or 3 tables, a shame that there are people so inconsiderate.

LOST

We visited the restaurant with high expectations for its 1 Sun of the Michelin Guide. We were surprised that it is inside a hostel and without signage; you have to call to be opened. The treatment was correct but somewhat cold: good start by the owner explaining the product, although no farewell at the end.
The food has good product and proximity, well treated, but does not stand out or surprise. In our opinion, there are restaurants of similar standard for about half the price. Tiramisu (€8) is basically a cream with cinnamon.
In short, a correct experience, but somewhat below expectations for value for money.

Unserious and ill-mannered

They have cancelled my booking through booking saying that they have overbooking and I even requested a reservation in the restaurant that they also denied me for whatever reasons and Miguel, the owner, has replied to me like a true professional, this is how a dissatisfied customer is treated. Thank you.

Super pleasant surprise.

We didn't really know how this food house worked. We decided to venture out and try a menu based on tuna at the Galindo Pueyo grill. An impressive gastronomic experience. We enjoyed a lot. Unbeatable quality-price ratio. Thank you very much, Miguel. Sure, surely we will visit you again.

Spectacular

Now we will go to the room, but the gastronomic experience at the Galino Pueyo grill is unbeatable
We have not been able to taste the Piritauros menu, but they have given us a tasting menu of almadraba tuna from a small flask, spectacular.
We will return for the Piritauros.
