Unique experience in the heart of Galicia.
Beautiful fortress in the heart of Galicia, the rooms are modern and clean. The facilities are spectacular, very well-maintained with a beautiful garden and a well-kept pool. The service is very professional and friendly, especially Daniela, who gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants in the area. Very grateful to Victoriano, the owner of the estate; he showed our whole family all the facilities with great affection.

There are times when a traveler just must take the time and leave a review. Torre de Tebra is such an extraordinary experience that I need to encourage fellow explorers from the States, and elsewhere to come to Tomino, Galicia. The tower structure is said to have been constructed circa 1483 by Pedro Madruga [That is one of the names that was used by Christopher Columbus (Cristobal Colon) prior to his launch to the New World]. I highly recommend their suite at the top of the tower. From there, and from the rooftop terrace, one can see the river that separates Spain from Portugal. A watchman from the tower could alert the local inhabitants and provide sufficient time to prepare against invasion. There are many unique features to the property that make traveling a little out of the way well worth it. On the property, there is also a chapel to Santiago de Compostela, and the owners tell me that this was the old Camino route before it was diverted to its present path. Also worth a mention is the great care you will receive from Patricia and Daniella. They are extremely capable, and kind, and will endeavor to make your stay among the best you can find anywhere in Spain. Buen Camino!

*An Unforgettable Stay at Torre de Tebra – A Place to Dream*
We spent three wonderful days at *Hotel Torre de Tebra* in June – and didn’t want to leave! This beautifully restored former castle has been transformed into an exclusive boutique hotel with only around 12 rooms, offering a sense of calm, space, and individuality.
We stayed in the *tower room*, which includes a private terrace just beneath the roof of the tower – the *view over the rolling Galician hills* was simply breathtaking. Pure peace and natural beauty everywhere you look.
The estate itself is stunning: a *vast garden*, a charming and historic building, and a lovely *pool area* surrounded by greenery. Everything is tastefully designed and well maintained, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere.
What made our stay truly special was the *outstanding service*. A heartfelt thank you to *Noelia Daniela,Ana y Patricia*, who went out of her way to make sure we felt completely at home – attentive, warm, and always one step ahead of our needs.
This is a place full of history, charm, and genuine hospitality – we will definitely return!

It is an exceptional and unique hotel. The facilities and quality of the renovation make the stay unforgettable. Cleanliness is 10. The treatment received from the management and staff was exceptional and very familiar.

I recently stayed at Torre de Tebra and had such a lovely experience. The building itself is absolutely beautiful and full of character. The scenery around the hotel is stunning, and the grounds are spacious and perfect for a relaxing walk. What really stood out to me, though, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It made the stay feel extra special. Would absolutely recommend this wonderful hotel!!
