Family and friendly hotel
We stayed 3 days my sisters and I and the truth that the hotel is very well located, clean, quiet the spacious room and very comfortable beds. Overall everything spectacular.
We also had breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant that is there called Ca Chano and the spectacular, homemade, very good food..... family atmosphere and the attention of 10.
The owner a wonderful person and his son Aaron very friendly as did all the waiters and waitresses who served us.
Highly recommended and we will definitely go again because we had a great time and we really liked everything.

No lo recomiendo.
Pagamos 85 € por una reserva de hotel del 25 al 26 de diciembre de 2025, pero no recibimos confirmación ni instrucciones.
Contactamos al hotel, pero no hablaban inglés y no pudieron ayudarnos. Como ya era de noche y no teníamos información, reservamos otro alojamiento y no nos alojamos en este hotel.
Después solicitamos el reembolso. El propietario prometió devolver el dinero con una pequeña deducción, pero no recibimos nada y dejó de contestar nuestras llamadas.
We paid €85 for a hotel reservation from December 25 to 26, 2025, but we did not receive any confirmation or instructions.
We contacted the hotel, but they did not speak English and could not help us. As it was already evening and we had no information, we booked another accommodation and did not stay at this hotel.
We later asked for a refund. The owner promised to return the money with a small deduction, but we received nothing and he stopped answering our calls.

MANY THINGS TO CHANGE
I would like to leave my sincere opinion for anyone who wants to inform you first have my recent opinion, first I do not advise it for people who want to rest, I thought that being a “rural” hotel in the countryside in full teror because it would be a quiet place at least in your room, NOTHING TO SEE, impossible to sleep, both day and night, bumps at all hours and a lot of noise from cars, that cars is not the problem but you see that they have no intention of changing the noises so that guests rest, as a person will pay for a place in which they can not sleep? I ASSURE YOU IMPOSSIBLE SLEEP STRONG BLOWS, Between the first day to the room I was given and I find in the bathroom a roll of paper almost finished that shames it costs to remove it and put a new one that for that I pay? Anyway COVER , the floors of the hotel a disgusting squeak every step you take, to access the hotel you plant a table of the restaurant of the hotel in the middle of the door and you sit people to eat and you can not even come to enter your hotel , JOKING, the first day I arrived the first thing that greeted me were tables outside full of remains of dirty glasses , dishes .. etc, I would love to give a better opinion but it is that you can not , this has nothing to do with the hotel staff are very friendly and you see that they are good people, but there many things to change, Attached photo of the tables in the door of the hotel almost impossible to pass and an embarrassment , by the way you see the tables a little separated from the door because we had to move them to be able to enter , MANY THINGS TO CHANGE .

Dirty and broken shower
Room with bad smell, walls not painted for years, stained bedside table, broken furniture, damp stains on the roof and walls, broken shower, old bed and poor quality mattress.
Unfortunately I arrived very late in the evening and couldn't find a different solution for the night, but it was a real nightmare, especially due to the smell that stayed with me all day.

Economical, basic and friendly
The hotel was pretty hard to find without satnav, being outside the main town. Parking is on the street outside. The staff were welcoming, and they carried my bags up the stairs to the room without me asking for assistance. The room was basic but very spacious. Wi-fi connection could only be obtained in the lounge area. There is a restaurant/bar downstairs. They have a choice of breakfast dishes, shown on a picture menu if you don’t speak Spanish.
It is a comfortable and safe option at relatively low cost if you are spending a day or two around Teror, which is a pleasant little town.
