Cabins.
The access road to the estate is dirt and has quite a few bumps, attached photos.
Our experience has been especially positive in part because the good weather allowed us to walk around the estate and enjoy the pool; if it had been cold or rainy, so long in such a minimal cabin would have been uncomfortable. There is no shared space roofed dining room or living room with fireplace. We will return later if you expand the facilities and/or add other accommodation options.

Cork Valley reviews and opinions on Discovering Travel
First, the cabins are inside a huge private estate, thousands of square meters, in the south of Toledo (about 2 hours from Madrid or so and near the Cabañeros National Park).
What I liked the most:
1) The cottages are perfectly equipped with kitchen, terrace and a comfortable bed. Although the bathroom is somewhat small, it was not an inconvenience. Ah, you also have board games for couples, kind of intimate, romantic questions...
2) It has an infinity pool which in the hot months is a point I liked a lot.
3) It is surrounded by a natural environment, it is a perfect place to relax at sunset because it faces just west.
4) It is a pet-friendly place, and you have miles for your dog to play, as well as a pool for them.
On activities and experiences:
There are also several activities to complement your stay. I tried the beekeeping experience that lasts about 2h and was quite cool, learn about the bees and at the end you get to taste honey honey directly from the honeycomb (you steal a little from the bees hehe).
I also booked the gastronomic package of the chop and did it at the barbecues they have, because when creating the video I wanted to have a little bit of everything to give my opinion.
Nature and animals:
The estate is huge and can be explored by e-bike or go-karts, although I personally prefer bikes for their ease in uneven terrain. Go-karts are fine for a little while, but it's easier if you help yourself with the electric motor of the bike...
The horses, which are curiously approaching, were one of my favorite parts as I didn’t expect the horses to be loose right there.
Practical advice
If you can, book on weekdays: It is cheaper and the atmosphere is quieter. The weekend is usually full and lucky if you get availability...
Choose a food pack or experience to make your stay more special.
Bring some fruit for the animals; interacting with them makes the experience even more unique.
The negative points of the cabins, is that in winter the pool is closed.
Overall, it was one of the cabins I liked to visit near Madrid and I recommend it, especially if you travel with dog.
