Comfort and convenience.
The Eurostar Toledo is right at the entrance of the city, but less than a 30-minute walk to the historic center. The facilities are very clean and comfortable, but with decoration is antiquated. All well preserved. The beds are very good, the sheets and towels are of great quality, the spacious bathroom and the shower very good. We ate dinner upon arrival at the hotel’s restaurant, which offers ample space, working until 11 PM. Limited menu, but honest food. Friendly attention. The garage is large and partly charged, but there is the possibility of parking in front, with parking meter (the rules of the city are explained on the counter, Fair Business). Our room had spectacular views of the city. It is a great cost-benefit ratio for those who go by car to visit the beautiful Toledo.

Clean, modern, good breakfast buffet, but could be improved.
We requested a shower plate. They gave us a bathtub that was difficult to enter and exit. The showerhead is at an enormous height and there is no height adjustment bar. There is no stool in the bathroom. And the floor is slippery, which is dangerous for those over 50 and 20.
The parking is very uncomfortable to enter and exit. Everything else is fine.

I publicly thank you; everything was kindness, good service, care, and understanding. The attention was a perfect 10. The exit from the parking lot could be improved as the car skids when leaving, and the breakfast coffee was not great.

Completely not recommended
Zero empathy, terrible customer service, and deficient facilities: they prefer to penalize a mistake rather than care for a guest.
If you are looking for a hotel that values and cares for its guests, stay away from Eurostars Toledo. My experience with their customer service has been disastrous, demonstrating a purely revenue-driven policy, devoid of any humanity, and with facilities that do not meet expectations.
Due to a simple error in selecting the dates in the app, I made a non-refundable reservation for a few days after the ones I was actually looking for. Despite the mistake, I ended up staying at the hotel on the dates I needed. The problem arose when, physically staying there, I approached the reception to explain the oversight. I showed them that it was a duplicate and involuntary reservation worth €250 and asked them, please, to allow me to change the dates or cancel it, appealing to good commercial faith.
Their response? A resounding no. They coldly hid behind the rigidity of the non-refundable rate and did not allow me to make any modifications or cancellations. They preferred to pocket over €250 for a room that was going to remain empty rather than have a minimal gesture of courtesy towards someone who was at that very moment consuming and paying for an actual stay.
I had never experienced anything like this with any other hotel chain; the lack of commercial vision is unheard of.
To make matters worse, the quality of the stay itself was lamentable. It was horrifically hot in the room and the air conditioning did not work. They were completely unable to fix it during the two nights I spent there, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. They charge the penalty mercilessly hiding behind the rules, but then they are unable to offer basic comfort conditions during your stay.
I take this opportunity to thank the management and assistance of the customer service at Booking.com, who tried to intercede on my behalf several times by contacting the accommodation, but the hotel management flatly refused to provide any kind of assistance.
With this attitude, they have lost a customer for life. For my part, I will avoid staying at any Eurostars hotel at all costs in the future. The facilities have maintenance issues and it is a business with no human quality and an absolute lack of flexibility that does not deserve your money.

GOOD HOTEL
Well-located hotel with its own parking and good facilities, very good in comfort and cleanliness, and a good breakfast buffet. I would only highlight the lack of staff (the ones present are fantastic) in the dining area during breakfast, which means that no matter how hard they try, they cannot keep up. The manager, I believe his name is Paco, is working at 200% because he sees everything piling up. They should address this issue for the good of everyone, both customer service and the health of the workers.
