Great for short vacations.

A great spot—clean and good value for money. The best part is the location: close to the city center, just 100 meters from the commuter train station, and very near the local nightlife and the beach.

Good place for my vacation.

Good value for money, the rooms were very good, there were four of us and we all left happy, everything very clean, close to the commuter train station, it only took me five minutes to arrive, right in the center, it had everything, and fifteen minutes walking from the beach along a very lively pedestrian street.

Ok room, Angry receptionist.

Location was perfect
Price for the room was affordable, a standard layout. Comfortable beds, perfect air conditioning, basic amenities, but I didnt mind that.
Deducted 3 points due to the Unfriendly, Rude, owner/manager/receptionist. Booked it for 2 person, for me and my friend. Later our other friend wanted to join us for 2nights, no issues paying the extra money. We thought we might have to. Which is fine. The receptionist was clearly getting angry because we didnt book it for 3 person. Which was originally for 2. We understand that and accepted that. He kept threatening us saying the Police national, needs to know where you are staying. He kept repeatedly saying this, making us feel uncomfortable, even tho as soon as he saw us we said its fine we will pay. He kept saying the police will know and has 5o keep a record of it. Completely fine about the rules, if they need our information for records okay. Fine. No need to aggressively keep repeating yourself making your CUSTOMERS uncomfortable. This is not how you approach the situation. Miss- communication, mixed with the language barrier probably didnt help the situation. I would stay here again. Trying to avoid any contact with the receptionist if possible. Avoid if you are expecting above average accommodation. This is below Standards but for what I paid it was fine.
(Also to enter the property was difficult as a code was meant to be sent, and wasnt sent which required me to call up and get them to WhatsApp me it. Which took a while to sort out. Wasn't greeted by anyone just told the pin code for the entrance door and the room.)

BEWARE - they will cancel your booking

Booked with this place. Paid for a non-refundable booking with a credit card. One week later the cancelled the booking via email "invalid Credit card". But somehow they managed to not only take the money but later refund it to the same credit card. Would touch them with a barge pole

Scammers

They canceled my reservation on the last day because they could not operate my credit card. They gave me 6 hours to solve the card problem, but they didn't respect it, after 2 hours they canceled my reservation. The card was functional, in the following hours I payed another accommodation and rented a car without problems. It seems that the owner needed the respective rooms and invented the reason with the card, or the staff is incompetent and does not know how to work with such payment methods.
