Hotel in Utebo
I stayed at this hotel with my son on June 22, and it was very good. It is a hotel in an industrial area, but inside it is very nice. The rooms are large, well-decorated, modern, and very clean.
Additionally, it is good for parking; it has monitored street parking, and the staff is very pleasant, especially Carla. If I return to Zaragoza, I will stay there again. A great choice.

Very clean and friendly staff.
The hotel is very clean, the receptionists are very friendly, the rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and it is quiet at night.

Tranquility
We have been booking this hotel for years well in advance of the works...we always enjoy this quiet moment on our way to get off in Spain..moreover our little bulldog is allowed...breakfast is very good.. Both the hotel and the rooms are clean and the staff are attentive and very kind...

I chose this restaurant for a retirement celebration. For 34 people. The same day I failed one person for getting sick and another one was added, my mother who would not come x be sick, in the end she made an effort and came to the celebration to eat. They charged me 35 menus instead of 34. After paying them 45 euros for a menu that promised to be good and actually left much to be desired. Quite low quality. The rather tasteless starters, dried salad tarts, boat salad, sea bass so sparse it seemed like a joke, the cake was remembered chocolate, chocolate and inside it was cream. The red wine carrilleras....nothing was cooked with a greasy sauce on top. The manager named BEATRIZ, after paying 1530 euros plus 100 euros in bottles of champagne, in total 1630 euros made me pay one more diner, my mother, when she missed due to illness the wife of a friend. I was accused of having taken an HDMI cable, it was not on purpose, when I picked up my computer, cables, speaker that we had to bring from home, my brother-in-law put in my bag said cable thinking it was mine. The next day the cable was returned to the hotel, but they to me not the menu that was not consumed. Also said manager accused us with bad manners on the phone of having stayed longer than stipulated by her, at 19:00. Rosa the waitress in charge of the event kindly offered to stay a little longer if we wanted, we were consuming more bottles of champagne, but the manager accused us that we had been 2 hours more and that had some light costs!!!! You see only the light of the lamp in the living room. I just have to thank Rosa the waitress during the meal who attended us very kindly. After paying 1630 euros for an expensive and very low quality menu... Dealing with this manager does not favor the proper functioning of this restaurant to attract new customers. For our part, neither I, nor my family, my husband’s family and all the friends who were there will repeat and certainly not their friends. Very disappointing experience and treatment by phone of this "manager"? Called Beatrice absolutely unpresentable. By the way the day of the meal did not appear at any time, only to accuse us by phone of what I have explained, by the way with very bad forms and a lack of obvious education

Cómo ya le comentamos, nuestro restaurante confirmó 35 comensales el día de su evento, por lo tanto, su factura abonada es correcta.
El mismo día del evento, al finalizar se le entregó su factura y se le explicó los cargos que había en la misma.
Usted dió su ok al comensal añadido y abonó el saldo pendiente con su tarjeta sin ningún problema.
No entendemos este tipo de mensaje posterior, ni los motivos...
Desde febrero hemos intercambiado varios mails con constantes peticiones por su parte de modificaciones, ajustes de precio, servicios extras sin coste...etc y nuestro establecimiento ha accedido a todas estas peticiones sin problema.
Nuestro equipo ha puesto todo de su parte para que tuviera una agradable celebración y poder satisfacer sus necesidades.
Entienda que nos sorprenda está actitud por su parte, ya que esperábamos un agradecimiento en vez de este tipo de comentario fuera de lugar.
Sentimos no haber estado a la altura de sus expectativas.

Budget accommodation fine but food dire!
We have stayed here before as a stop over to ferry. Accommodation is budget but clean and does its job. Reception staff ok. We ate in the restaurant and the food was poor. Overcooked ckicken legs that were hard and dry and our daughter had a steak that was tough and tasteless. Breakfast was poor with sweaty ham and cheese and some warm stuff that looked well past its best. Cornflakes & toast were fine. Would stay again but eat elsewhere if u can
