Cleanliness and courtesy

Fantastic stay. Great location, a few meters from the tram/bus/metro stop, but co can move easily even on foot. Location spotless and welcoming. Very nice and courteous staff. The rooms are nice and very clean, with all amenities. With small precautions we were made to feel welcomed and pampered. Highly recommended.

Awful.

I'm a bunch of scumbags who won't warn you about bail and then make you pay upfront.
The treatment of the hotel people is extremely bad

El deposito de garantía es un requisito que se le solicita a todos nuestros huéspedes al momento del Check in. Esta solicitud de deposito se encuentra detallada en la información de su reserva y es obligatorio para cualquier ingreso al hotel. Lamentamos que no la haya leído y que esto le haya traído inconvenientes. Aclaramos también que posterior a su salida, y al corroborar que la habitación tuvo un buen uso, el mismo se cancela.

Do not stay here.

The hotel is horrible. The room was very small that we couldn’t even move freely. No air conditioning and when we asked the receptionist, he said that it was supposed to be working. Nobody helped me resolve the issue, so we couldn’t sleep, and on top of that, the room are on the first floor, very close to the reception, and the noise is unbearable, plus the outside noise too. They also ask you to save water and to reuse the towels. Do not stay in this hotel if you don’t want your money be wasted.

Great place, near everything! Metro, food, stores! Location is very safe and the receptionists are very very friendly! They are very helpful esp with regards to a referral of great food nearby.
