Quiet area and 20 minutes from the center of Valencia walking.

We found ourselves at home. The staff was excellent, both at reception and in the restaurant. The breakfast buffet very varied and abundant, with the waiters very attentive to anything we needed. The room, newly renovated, very comfortable and clean. And the break was total... No noise or disturbance.
Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

Hotel not highly recommended.

The experience at this hotel was anything but pleasant. First of all, they gave us a room "adapted" for people with reduced mobility, which in principle was fine since it is large enough because we were also traveling with our dog. Now, upon entering we realized that it is a somewhat complicated room even for people with reduced mobility: the closet doors are too heavy, the bathroom floods which makes it dangerous to be in the bathroom after showering (you run the risk of falling), the air conditioning turns off whenever it wants and you suffer from infernal heat in the room. After that, they changed our room since neither the TV nor the air conditioning worked and they put us in one that was not yet clean (when they had it noted that it was), we had to carry our things back downstairs again, move to another room and then change again. Anyway, everything was poorly managed. Also, the pool is shared between three hotels, it is small and there is no space for everyone, there are no seats reserved for disabled people, and if there are no lounge chairs, you can no longer enjoy the pool, which is incomprehensible if you share a pool with three hotels; the normal thing would be to guarantee space for everyone. There is no lifeguard, which is dangerous with children and people with mobility issues present. There is no food or drink service inside the pool area and you have to go to the hotel next door if you want to get something to drink, all this, of course, without being warned about such a thing or any signage anywhere. There is no cleaning in the pool area, people do not follow the rules... There is also no refrigerator in the room, which makes it difficult to have cold water during the stay, it is incomprehensible. The only saving grace is the staff, who are kind at all times.

Budget accommodation

Basic accommodation, I’d suggest similar to z travel lodge in the UK. It’s a bed, a bathroom and not much else. We didn’t use the hotel pool as it was always busy and there weren’t many loungers available. Not far from bus stops and some nice restaurants and bars if you go out for a wander.
Most of the staff speak English which was good and they were patient when we tried our best to speak Spanish ! There wasn’t much of an atmosphere in the lobby area, very basic, no TV’s or music. As for value for money, we were on a tight budget so went room only, maybe it’s because it was August, but it did feel like we paid more than it was worth. No mini fridges in the rooms so you couldn’t keep drinks cold. Air conditioning was much appreciated! TV’s had only Spanish channels with no way to add subtitles. Not a big deal for us as we weren’t really on holiday to watch TV

Very good

Hotel with a good parking area, with public transportation nearby to go anywhere in the city. Everything very clean and spacious. Staff, except for one housekeeping person who didn't even answer, very friendly. Pool very, very small compared to the hotel and breakfast extremely expensive.

Organization and English are non-existent.

clean, shares a small/ dark and completely overcrowded pool with the neighboring hotel, no one speaks English, they vehemently/ insistently wanted to kick us out a day early (they had made a mistake, no apology) - very disorganized and rude, constant power outages, breakfast is nice, location ok but not near the city center
