I felt comfortable and safe.

There was a staff member named Leon who could speak Japanese, and he was a great help during my stay. All of the hotel staff showed a high level of professionalism and always responded sincerely and kindly.
Thanks to their support, I was able to enjoy my stay with peace of mind. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality.

We had an amazing stay at the Mandarina Hotel Colombo and can't recommend it highly enough. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always happy to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
A special thank you to Manager Mahesh, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our stay truly memorable.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and had all the amenities we needed. The buffet was outstanding, with a great selection of delicious food each day. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was met with a smile.
Thank you, Mahesh and the entire team, for your exceptional hospitality. You are a true credit to the Mandarina Hotel. We will definitely be recommending your hotel to our family and friends and hope to return again soon!

Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service

We had a wonderful stay at Mandarina Hotel. The hotel is clean, modern, and conveniently located. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist us. Fabulous

I really enjoyed my stay at Mandarina Colombo. From check-in to check-out, everything was great. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Dilip, who was very helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

I travelled with my wife and our two young children, and for the first time, I genuinely couldn't find a single thing to complain about. I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels, but this was one of the best experiences we have had.
I can warmly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families with young children.
If I had to mention one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast. While the quality was excellent, the variety could be better, particularly for guests staying longer than four days, as it became a bit repetitive.
