The staff and service were excellent. Rooms were nice and spacious. Roons were clean, thanks to dixon, the cleaner. :) I gave 4 stats as the renovations are on going, and not very convient for guests during renovationd, but will ve finished in a few weeks it looks like. And it looks like they will be great.

Basic hotel, but good value and location. The staff were very helpful and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately the lobby was not up to the standards of the rooms.

Worst hotel
I made Booking with Online hotel website and I received the email confirmation saying thank you very much for booking but apparently their is no booking and they don't send email to me, when I arrived to hotel they have no Hospitality thinking and how to handle a situation like that with I had email confirmation from hotel.
They charge 70 USD per night but room conditions or service is not close to 15 USD per night.
*cleannesses is very bad.
*bathroom door cannot close because lock is broken
*Very bad smell in the room and out side.
*blanket on the bed looks like haven't clean for two days.
I won't recommend this place to any person who is plan to visit SriLanka ,

Good Hotel for a relaxing stay...
I and my friend stayed at this place for 02 nights on March 2019. From the reception we were greeted with a friendly smile. We booked room 305 which was newly build. The room was spacious with clean. The staff was there to help us always, they would go out of the box to make your stay comfortable. I had breakfast which was good for the money you paid. I will visit this hotel again on my visits to Sri Lanka.
