Cozy villa for big company
Chose this villa because of its proximity to the sea. While waiting to see the premises before paying by chance on the beach near met the Russian family who lived in the house at the time, they called us themselves to show everything, and we decided that this villa was right for us. Everything is convenient for self-cooking, there is a big ram in the yard, in the kitchen - a couple of geckos were. I liked it all.

Solo travel
Very large and well maintained villa with garden and swimming pool, fruit trees and palm trees.
Just 150 meters from the sea, a beautiful beach and little publicized, maybe because not frequented by Russians and English, better so, you can enjoy the beach in complete freedom.
The owner although not always in Sri Lanka and very present and caring. The staff of the villa Wala, is at your disposal for any request.
You will spend a relaxing stay, for those who love peace, away from crowded places.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Wanting to go back again and again is an oasis in Balapiti
We rested together with our husband for a week, then came back again for a week. Best comfortable and private place in a month spent in Sri Lanka. The villa is located a hundred meters from the beach and if you face the ocean and go left there among the huge rocks there is the most beautiful and picturesque beach on which to swim and there is no one just you! The area is clean and comfortable, there is a terrace, the cleanest swimming pool that Asanka cleans and cleans every day, also in the presence of sun loungers, showers and water wash your feet after the beach in access. The area is completely sealed off by a concrete fence and placed under surveillance cameras. The villa itself is clean, spacious, bright, the ceilings are high, there are no mosquitoes, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, all photos are true. The bedroom is bright with quiet air conditioning, the bed is large and comfortable, linen and towels are snow white and soft. Birds sing on the grounds, and sometimes monkeys come to a big tree behind the fence, and it's interesting to watch them. The owner of Villa Mendis was very attentive to us, in touch every day and always wondering if we were okay and what we wanted. He also arranged for us to transfer from and to Colombo airport at a very good price. Shops and the liquor store can easily be reached on foot for 5 minutes, which we did occasionally, but mostly Asanka drove us by tuk-tuk whenever we wanted for a small fee. Every morning and afternoon there's a musical tuk-tuk with bread and pies, which is very convenient. As a result, we spent the first and last week of our month-long vacation in the villa. I recommend all Villa Tropical Oasis because you can't find a better villa for this price! Next year, if possible, my husband and I will come for a month and be happy. Thank you very much Mendis for your care and comfort and these happy days in the villa.

Stunning villa in an enviable location
A beautiful villa surrounded by nature a few steps from a wild and uncontaminated beach. Tastefully decorated and very spacious, it has a very large kitchen equipped with all appliances. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, for an even more comfortable stay. The garden is wonderful, as is the pool, spotless and large. The location is great, close to the main attractions of the West Coast, but out of mass tourism; it is a genuine welcome. Asanga, the property manager, was very kind and impeccable, he even arranged us a wonderful boat tour on the Madu River. It 'was a wonderful stay.... everything perfect!!
