Great Stay...

We had a really lovely stay at O2 Villas Yala. The villa was clean, comfortable, and very well looked after. Everything was neat and we felt very relaxed throughout our stay.
A special mention to Anuradha, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. He took us around on the buggy and showed us some beautiful and interesting places, including the sand dunes and other hidden spots we wouldn’t have found on our own. He really made the experience more enjoyable.
Overall, a great stay with excellent hospitality. We would definitely recommend O2 Villas Yala and hope to visit again!

Wilderness paired with luxury

I would give this hotel and especially the staff 10 stars if it were possible here. The Executive Villa is wonderfully furnished and the private pool is the icing on the cake. The quality of the food is unparalleled, as is the excellent service. Every wish was anticipated and the signature cocktails are world-class! The guided beach tour and safari were also wonderful. The management / staff is totally flexible and even packed us something to eat for the safari. We will definitely come back! Thank you very much for this unforgettable experience!

A resort that is truly out of this world!

O2 Yala is out of this world. With complete respect to its natural surroundings, the villas are perched above the ground amongst the trees, and nature takes precedence. The restaurant uses natural ingredients that they make themselves, including their own honey and coconut milk, growing their own curry leaves and other flavourings. Sunil, Deshan and Hinuka took great pains to ensure that everything was just right.
Suraj took us on an unforgettable buggy ride to the beach to see the wildlife, and the dunes, spotting birds, water buffalo and crocodiles on the way. He has so much knowledge about the flora and fauna of Yala.
The resort is beautifully run by Mathawa and all his staff are a credit to him. Stay at the O2 resort in Yala, you won’t regret it.

Nice hotel and unique experience

Nice hotel. Beautiful cabins raised above the trees. The food was also quite good.
Thisara was really sweet and friendly. Along with all the other staff at the hotel

PATHETICALLY MAINTAINED PROPERTY - INSENSITIVE MANAGEMENT - JUST NO VALUE FOR MONEY VIEWING THE EXORBITANT CHARGES!

The Property Maintenance is simply Pathetic! We stayed in a Villa, not just Dirty, but also infested with Pests!
It was so shocking that Tadpoles jumped out of Washbasin, Stinging Bees stuck on the Ceiling & Mosquitos buzzing in the Room with no Repellents provided!
With this experience we decided to curtail our stay to just one night & requested for refund after adjustments for the other two nights, but the management was completely blunt & insensitive defending their denial on the ground of No Refund Policy!
The Prices the Property charges is just exorbitant & the promises are just illusory!
No Value Whatsoever for the Money!
