Good Service

I was able to experience the beauty in a very delightful environment.. it was a very relaxing day for both the body and the mind. Also, the staff acted very kindly and courteously, which impressed us.

Quiet Escape with a View — Simple, Calm, and Works Well

We recently stayed here with a couple of our directors. It wasn’t meant to be a leisure-heavy trip — more of a short break combined with a few discussions — so our main priority was finding somewhere peaceful. This place delivered on that quite nicely.
The standout feature is definitely the view. It’s one of those things that’s difficult to fully capture in words, especially in the early hours of the day. Mornings felt particularly still and refreshing, and we found ourselves lingering outside longer than expected, just enjoying tea and conversation.
The rooms are straightforward but comfortable. Cleanliness was on point, and everything functioned as it should. While it doesn’t position itself as a luxury property, it never felt like anything was missing — it’s more about simplicity done right.
The staff struck a good balance. They were approachable and helpful without being overly formal or intrusive. Everything from check-in onwards was handled smoothly, which made the stay feel easy.
Food was satisfactory — a mix of local dishes and a few familiar options. It’s not a place you go to for gourmet dining, but it was perfectly adequate and everyone in our group was content.
The only slight downside is the access. The road leading up can be narrow and a bit steep in parts, which might feel a little challenging if it’s your first visit. That said, it’s manageable with a bit of care.
All in all, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a quiet setting with a beautiful view. Nothing overly elaborate — just a place that gets the basics right, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

We received First class service from the moment We arrived at the hotel until the moment We left. The prime location of the hotel is a big plus. Facilities were top-notch,view from our room was simply stunning.we were so impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. Exceptional customer service impressed us.
Hat off to Chris and his team.kalinga, nilantha,asanka,chamod.we would definitely come back.

Highly recommended Hill Paradise

Absolutely amazing night at hill paradise. We had a really great stay. Amazing location. loved the view from the room. Staff are super friendly, efficient and helpful. Very special thanks to Mr. Christoper for the best service. The Food was excellent and very comfortable and clean rooms. We really loved this place, and we hope to be back here again sometime, for a long stay. Highly recommended it.
