A misleading four-star claim with poor service and humiliating guest treatment.
The positives: the room was spacious, sheets and toilets were clean, and the separate wet/dry toilets were a nice touch. However, toilets lacked hooks, tissues were missing, and the balcony was directly accessible from the ground—raising security concerns. The TV didn’t work initially, the phone had no number to reach reception, and flies were an issue in the room. I had to carry my child to reception to ask for help. A staff member replaced the TV antenna and got it working, but their advice about the flies was simply to leave the window open since they were “harmless ones.”
The real issue was during checkout. While we were having breakfast, staff interrupted us to say large bath towels were missing from our room. We explained we never received any and even showed the towels we had used. Despite this, they insisted on checking our luggage. To clear the matter, I agreed to unload our cab and let them check. When no towels were found, instead of checking with housekeeping, they went on to search even the baby diaper bag and my laptop bag—clearly incapable of hiding bath towels. This unnecessary and humiliating process delayed us by over an hour.
What could have been an average stay turned into a bitter experience due to poor customer service and misplaced priorities. A hotel that spends more effort accusing guests than providing hospitality does not deserve to be called four-star.

Clean hotel with poor service without heating
and the room was probably too big with 4 beds. The existing elevator was probably,more of a source of disease. He smelled like mold. The food in the evening was NOT reheated and then everything was cold. Alk. There were no drinks. The remaining guests were probably Indians who sometimes had no manners and were constantly on the phone while eating. The employees didn't see any work.
