We made the reservation and were in the room for about 15 minutes. The air conditioning did not work and it was 90 degrees in the room. In addition there were bugs. My husband went to the desk to tell them and they refused to give us a refund. We paid almost $300 for a room with no air and bugs and left the hotel angry. The staff was absolutely no help at all. It was a horrible experience. I absolutely would not stay here. You are better off sleeping in your car!!

Dirty room WAY to expensive

Room was musty crusty dusty! Way too expensive for such a low quality room. Bathroom was dirty a lot of the furniture is broken bed was uncomfortable. Do not recommend. Carpet was sticky :(

Their computer didn’t work so they wanted to turn me away. I got the room and it was in need of a redo. I was informed the TV and WiFi didn’t work. The toilet ran all night. Was still running on the morning. I tried to fix it but needs new guts.

Room had been cleaned but needed deep cleaning. Doors, walls, baseboards, corners, TP holder, etc dirty. Sink majorly broken but caulked together - a job I could've done. Door jamb clearly busted but wood glued back together. Ice machine didn't work with key card. I can't believe we paid over $350 per night for this - major price gouging because of AI plant construction and college move out. Just wrong. And we booked online ahead of time! Walk-ins were $450/night. Ridiculous. Very disappointed in Quality Inn.

The rooms smelled nice, and it was fairly clean. It’s just an older property and it shows. The hairdryer was broken as well as the coffee pot. The bed was comfortable and AC worked well. We paid too much for the room but I think that’s because the Western Heritage Classic was going on. It was literally the last motel that had a room when we booked so we were expecting a horrible stay but it wasn’t the worst.
