Great place

Staff were friendly and helpful, though extremely busy. It’s bustling with excited visitors. Location is great, Comfortable rooms. Hotel’s restaurant is open late and offers a good variety, including healthy salads and decadent desserts. Gift shop needs to display prices, but has good stuff.

Great Stay in August!

I stayed at the Anchorage Hilton for almost a week for work. When I first arrived late on Sunday night, the front desk staff, Paula, was very nice and quickly had me sorted out. The restaurant was open; the staff there was very friendly also, even late on a Sunday Night. The decor is very nice and updated. The room was very nice and the bed was amazing. I had an issue of my own making and Melissa G. and Paula, again, at the front desk, quickly resolved it for me which was a lifesaver. Just for their staff alone, I would highly recommend Hilton Anchorage.

Checked in at 2am only to find someone had used the room prior to our arrival. Bedding and pillow on one bed was clearly used, tv and lights were on, wine in glass and food trash were left in room. Front desk employee brushed off complaint and did not follow up. We made a second attempt to bring issue to hotel management's attention and spoke with the Front Desk Supervisor. She seemed to care but then never followed up with us after promising to.
