Kelvin at the front desk was great. He helped with our groups bags and loading into our Ubers.

Whatever you do, don’t stay here
Room was filthy. There was dust on everything like the hotel room had been vacant for months, but it was supposedly fully booked. The bed had clean sheets. The TV had no signal. Breakfast was comparable to a cheap motel. Avoid this place like the plague.

Staff was courteous and helpful. The buffet breakfast was highly lacking in quality and quite dissatisfying.

Not very impressive
For Alaska's expensive pricing, this was not much of a deal. Tiny bathroom. Very noisy street outside. Lumpy bed. Breakfast was ok for cereal, but not much else. On the other hand, the lighting was very good; we had 2 luggage racks without having to ask; and desk clerk was very helpful.

Late night check in receptionist was very nice. Had welcome cookies. Room was clean, very spacious. Did not have air conditioning and no screens on any of the windows. Breakfast variety was good but stopped refilling items 45 min before cutoff time. OJ was rancid.
