Wonderful overnight stay! We loved the easy access to the room and the beautiful pond with trout. Such a great property.

It's OK

The best thing about this place is the location, a mile away from the park entrance. Otherwise, don't expect much. It was great that they had signs up suggesting to leave before 6:30 am in order to get parking at Paradise Visitor's Center. We left around 6:15 am, got through the entrance with no wait, and there was plenty of parking up there. But when we first entered our 2 Bedroom unit, the smell of mold prevailed. I called the front desk and there were no other rental options. So, we opened the windows and dealt with it. There were bedroom free-standing A/C units, but the one in my room ran hot - more heat was put out from it than its cooling system handled - so I turned it off around 2am and just opened windows, which made the room cool off. I highly suggest booking in the park way in advance at the Paradise Lodge. It also may not be perfect, but give it a shot if you can. The main room of the lodge there is lovely.

Comfy stay

Loved our 3 day stay. The location was great just outside the park. A couple of good restaurants almost walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Felt like a comfy B&B. We will stay here again next time. Thank you

Area outside Emerald suite was not maintained at all. There were weed growing all around the entry way. I understand the suite is in the forestry area but the Hotel should consider maintaining the property little better.

Excellent and convenient location. I did late check in . The envelope with my name provided clear instructions. It was an easy process . Breakfast was limited. I wish they had toast along with eggs. Overall good stay
