What a gem!!! We would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The hotel itself is absolutely charming. You can tell someone with an eye for small architectural details designed it. The rooms are small, but have everything you need and are tastefully styled. The bed and all the linens were soft; and we even liked the bath & body products provided by the hotel.
The hotel is built around a beautiful oak tree and there were several nice seating areas around the courtyard. We enjoyed an afternoon in the courtyard with a complementary beer and a glass of wine (although I would recommend mosquito repellant because those little buggers got me good).
In addition to all of the above, the property was quiet. For a while, we wondered if there were any other occupants. There is a bar across the street that plays live music that you can hear, but it didn’t disturb our sleep. (I don’t actually know how late they play, but it didn’t bother us). Despite feeling like a high end resort, everything felt surprisingly low key. The check in is all done remotely and they have a communal coffee bar, as well as a stocked fridge with white wine and Shiner Bock.
You really can’t beat the location right off South Congress. We were right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants in the area.
All in all this was such a great property and I’m glad we chose it for our trip to Austin.

All check in was done via text. The property is peaceful and right off of South Congress. The room was very clean and extremely well appointed. The structure is modern, somewhat minimalist. The common area is charming and has coffee as well as wine and beer.
Very satisfying stay!

We have always loved staying at the Frame and consider it one of our favorite properties—the atmosphere, the beautifully designed rooms, and especially communication with staff members before our Check in are consistently exceptional!

Frame Treehouse hotel was an absolute gem of a place to stay! The room, the courtyard and lounge area and the free parking were all so nice and well designed. We were specifically in town to attend a show at the Continental Club and the location couldn’t have been better. If you’re going to be out late in the evening it’s perfect but if you want a place that’s quiet for an early night in, it might not be for you because of the noise. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again.

Fabulous find in a fabulous part of town

Couldn’t be in a better spot - a quiet street less than a block from one of the best parts of town. Walk downtown, to the River, to the shops and so many great places to eat and drink.
Hotel itself is very unique and has an exclusive feeling without the pretense of a big name. Room was LOVELY, amazing amenities, very thoughtful touches and anything else you need is just a text or call away. Common room with complimentary (and delicious) coffee was incredible and they had beer and wine available for those who wanted it as well (also complimentary).
Perfect size, amazing location, friendly staff, all the essentials and more. Absolutely loved this place.
