Nice hotel in a great location. Room was clean and staff was very welcoming and helpful. The A/C did not cool very well, there was not a coffee pot in the room, could hear a lot of street noise during the night and had to self park a couple blocks from hotel. At this price I would have thought they would have valet parking and a coffee pot, other than that it was very nice.

The hotel is close to many landmarks and shopping centers. The staff are friendly, organized, provided parking instructions and maintained a clean environment.

The staff was very helpful. And this hotel offers a selection of free DVD and VCR movies beyond anything I have ever seen. And in each room a DVD/VCR player. There is access to a lovely restaurant from the Lobby, w inside and outside seating, weather permitting, of course. Easy walk to the Boston Harbor.

1st time in Boston. Close to Subway & Quincy Market. Arrived about an hour before check-in … was given the option to check in early or could wait till after 3 for a room on a higher floor. Chose to wait. Had a nice view of city on the 7th floor. Room was Clean and comfortable. Loved the walk in shower. We enjoyed our 2 night stay and would gladly stay again in future.

This hotel is very clean and in a great location. They give discounted garage parking just down the street and were able to hold our bags even after we checked out while we did more city activity. Rooms were very spacious and in good condition.
