Pensacola Summer 2024

Room was clean and comfortable. Affordable for the weekend. Cherry at the front desk had amazing customer service and made sure my check-in process went smooth. Complimentary breakfast was nice and the pool also. Thank you I will stay again!

A quality hotel this is not!

This hotel is the worse place I’ve ever stayed at. The owners should be ashamed to own this place. Not maintained properly at all. Security doors not locked, ceiling water damaged, tub rusted, no toilet paper holder, outdated and unmaintained furniture in rooms, to turn off tv you have to in plug unit, bedding covers ripped, hotel management rude and never apologized for us being dissatisfied. Also, charged us an additional $ 50 for cancelling the rest of our stay. Generally a very unsanitary hotel which smelled of mold. “Quality” should not be associated with this property.

Mediocre, stay if you need a cheap place

You get what you paid for. It's cheap paying cash. Requires 100 dollar security deposit paid in either cash or card. I stayed here a number of times, breakfast is a pan of sausage, a make it yourself waffle station, and some cereal. Rooms are pretty run down, I'm sharing pictures. Many rooms missing towel rack and hair dryers. Paint is peeling and my last room was missing a lock on the door, also not offering do not disturb signs to hang on the door handle. Paying with points currently charging 20,000 points per night, the same price for much much higher quality Choice Hotels in the area. It's honestly somewhere you would stay if you're down on your luck. Ice machine was non working at my last visit, as well as vending. Appeared to be a number of vagrants and shady vehicles in the parking lot. Charges come on your card as Clarion Hotel, another brand from Choice Hotels, which this hotel used to be, but the company downgraded the location to a Quality Inn a number of years ago as it doesn't meet that brand quality any longer.

Smelt like piss and smoke even though I got a non smoking room, overall the housekeepers don’t clean at all the bed looks like it was hurriedly put together no hospitality whatsoever despite its name, found a white substance could be anything under the couch made me leave immediately

Great place!

This place was amazing. Mrs. cherry at the front desk was so great! She answered all my questions, helped with all my concerns, and was absolutely sweet as can be. Wanted a nice place to stay while visiting family, and she did just that! 100% recommend. I will definitely be coming back for my next trip!
