The facility was spotless and the staff made check-in easy. My room was very comfortable and the space was alive but peacefully quiet. Aside from seeing other people there, I barely knew anyone else was there in the building. There was plenty of parking and no matter what time of day or night, I felt safe. I stayed for six days and for the price and peacefulness, you can't beat the cost. I would definitely stay here again.

Really nice and clean rooms, if you need to stay in Chesapeake for an extended amount of time this is the place to go. They thought of everything! Staff was super helpful and friendly.

I was ecstatic about my stay until I went to check out. James at the front desk was NOT friendly at all which was a shame because everyone else I encountered was very nice. If I was a customer walking in and would have encountered James with his very lack luster attitude, I probably would have gone elsewhere. Also, the system that is in place where you can purchase goods in the lobby and charge against the room is terrible. I was told that a kid who was not with me or had any affiliation with me gave my room # to charge their items, claiming I was their aunt. I have no brothers or sisters. ID needs to be shown with every purchase to ensure that that the room # matches the person making the purchase. Now I have to fight for the 13.00 that was charged. May not seem like a lot but its the principle of it. When I called to speak with the supervisor Sunday morning, July 5th, I was met with a sigh as if she could have cared less what I was saying. I am not confident this will be resolved. It's really a shame because now Yourspace has lost a customer. If this is not resolved, I will be forced to go to the BBB. The only thing I charged was 3.87 for a smart water. I am an honest person who wouldn't think for one minute to put my purchase on a total stranger. I will not stay here again.

Clean and convenient

Just what we needed. Needed a fairly priced, clean, safe spot to stay for one night on a long road trip. Stayed as a family of 3 with one child. Staff was friendly, room was ready early, room was very large and clean (we did get an accessible room which likely led to it being bigger as well). Full size fridge, functional kitchenette, and bathroom with washer/dryer. Adequate parking and a coffee shop and gas station as well as a handful of other shops within walking distance. Zero complaints and would recommend.

A great place to stay. From a kitchenette with cooking supplies to a washer and dryer, everything needed is right in the room. The hotel is practically new, so everything is very clean. The staff was also friendly.
