The hotel was very nice. They had very comfortable beds. It was also in a reasonable distance to several restaurants.

disgusting ! would not recommend !!

At first glance, the hotel lobby looks clean and well-maintained, but the rooms are absolutely filthy and extremely dirty. We asked if our room could be cleaned or, if that wasn’t possible, whether we could clean it ourselves if they provided us with a broom or a mop. They refused to do that as well. I tried to mop with a wet towel but as you can see on the pictures, it's disgusting!!
This is completely unacceptable. The hygiene in the rooms is disgusting. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

We showed up to a room that was not cleaned. The corners on the bathroom floor had hair balls like this had been this way for a while.
we let the front dest know and they moved us t another room. This one was cleaner.
we tried turning the shower on and the fixture was broke. We brought this up to the front desk and they didnt have any other rooms with two queen beds and had no other options.
They stated they had no other options as well as no rembursment.
Ultimatly I booked a room at the hotel next door. I travel to Cheyenne for work monthly and will never stay here again nor will I recomend this to anyone I know.

I had never stayed at an Everhome property, and I was not disappointed - great room, comfortable bed, good shower, everything I needed, and a very friendly, attentive staff. Would definitely stay again.

Great Customer Service

Hailey, Aaron, and Taylor have been exceptional with customer service. They have been professional and accommodating. They even took the time to look up some restaurants that deliver in this area for me and made suggestions. Thank you all.
