We requested extra sheets for the pull-out bed, and the staff acknowledged our request. After waiting an hour with no delivery, we called the front desk again and were told the sheets were still drying. Another 45 minutes passed, and my kids had already fallen asleep without sheets. The next morning, we discovered the sheets had been left outside our door overnight. Not only did no one notify us that they had been delivered, but leaving bedding on the floor outside the room also raised concerns about cleanliness. We waited more than two hours, and better communication would have made a significant difference.
Unfortunately, the experience only got worse at checkout. My husband took the time to provide feedback to the front desk, but the staff seemed completely uninterested. They didn't ask for our room number, apologize, or make any effort to understand what had happened. Their response was simply, "Okay," which made it feel like our concerns didn't matter at all.
As a Hilton Honors member, I expected a much higher level of customer service. Instead, we experienced poor communication, lack of follow-through, and indifference when we raised legitimate concerns. If this is how Hilton Honors members are treated, I can only wonder how other guests are treated. Based on this experience, we will not be staying here again.
