We had a relaxing, restful, fun stay at Sesuit Harbor House. The rooms felt a bit older, but it was perfectly clean and acceptable. The grounds are wonderfully kept, plenty of shade and flowers…picnic breakfasts were lovely and the pool warms and refreshing. Our kids loved the goats and Phil took us on a tour inside to meet them all. We brought our bikes and enjoyed biking to the lovely beaches and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend the Marshside and Sesuit Harbor Cafe- though wait is long (90 minutes!) we were able to take the kids looking for hermit crabs while husband waiting in line and chatted with people- the area is friendly, safe and beautiful. We can’t wait to vacation here again.

Great Stay

We wanted a quaint stay along 6A for a family gathering. We loved the peaceful setting and personalized customer service! Thanks to Phil and staff for making our stay perfect! We will return!

Our 5th year here

This was my 5th stay at Sesuit Harbor House. This is not a typical beach motel by any stretch. The owner Phil brings a sensibility to the property and hospitality you don't see often. The attention to detail - the linens, the water pitcher that is filled every day, the nightly firepit, the towels at the pool and more. All of these details make a difference in your stay. Phil is a lovely host, and the staff is warm and friendly. We will return next year.

The Sesuit Harbor House is awesome. Has a very Cape Cod feel, the owners are excellent very attentive and have done an awesome job with this property. There is a beautiful fire pit, pool, nice outside areas to eat and relax and they also have goats! I highly recommend, close to dining and beaches as well.

Classic Cape Cod

Just spent a couple relaxed days here. The Sesuit Harbor House is a comfortable well-appointed motel. Has a B & B vibe but bigger property.
We appreciated Phil, his wife, the staff. They were all good hosts and we felt cared for. We also liked the grounds which are very pretty and deliver on the Cape Cod vibe especially the bank of hydrangeas and other summery plants. We enjoyed the pool, the breakfast on the patio with tasty coffee, pastry and refrigerated options, the beach chairs and towels, and the cornhole. The goats were cute too.
Our room was nice but I do agree with others that a little updating would go a long way. The room was very clean and also well appointed with towels and soap and such but the wall to wall carpet was not appealing, I’d def prefer bare floor, and the shower was the smallest shower with curtain I’ve ever experienced. None of us liked that however I do understand that renovating would be challenging but worthwhile. The AC worked well which was helpful given the smokey haze from the current Canadian wildfires. And parking adjacent to the room was very handy. Lastly the mattresses on the beds were comfortable however they have an incredible squeakiness which could be a bother for light sleepers. I felt like the noise they make caused me to sleep lighter than with a mattress that doesn’t squeak. Not sure what could be done about that.
Overall it was a good stay, Sesuit is a nice place to visit and the beaches are good and close too. It is a classic Cape Cod place and felt down to earth and comfortable.
