Perfect stop

Clean room, quiet and safe location. We love that they have a small cafe and bar serving food and drinks, especially after a long day on the road. There are other restaurants nearby if you choose not to use their facilities. Friendly front desk and bartender.

Great location and beautiful lobby. Ample parking. Our room was clean but could use some updating and renovating, There was mold on the shower doors, some fixtures were rusty and the sheets were worn and should be replaced. Staff was friendly but not forthcoming with information. Had to ask about wifi, coffee, etc. I mistakenly thought breakfast was included, but there were many restaurants nearby.

5 Star Diamonds

This Hilton Garden Inn Dothan is the BEST hotel that I have stayed in overnight heading to the beach. The beds were comfortable compared to the Hampton Inn Panama City Beach. The lobby was cleaned. The staff professional. The manager did an excellent job de-escalating a major conflict with a guest. The towels near the pool area were neat and orderly. The staff is friendly. Ms. Lorrain was knowledgeable concerning menu items and listened attentively to each one of my family member's menu requests. Chef Taylor made an EGG-cellent garden fresh omelet for me. Definitely would recommend this Hilton if you are in the area. Excellent location and customer service!

Hotel was nice and I enjoyed my stay. I did not get room that was reserved, but it was still ok.

We always stay at Hilton Garden Inns because they are pet friendly and have an onsite restaurant.
