The staff is always super super nice! I’ve stayed here a few times. The only thing I wish is that there was a fridge and microwave in the rooms. Idk if they all don’t have it but the 2 times I’ve stayed here in different rooms i haven’t had one. It doesn’t look the best from the outside but it’s clean and does the job

The manager wanted to argue with me that the ant problem they have (sugar ants) was because I had left food out on the counter they where in containers. And all I asked was that maintenance put ant traps out so this isn't a problem. And I got told to not leave food out instead. TVs where great once I connected it to the wifi myself

This place was rough. It was the only place available due to a college graduation in town and they hiked up the prices due to that (over $300 per night). Had no other option so we stayed, hoping to make the best of it and not expecting anything fancy by any means. The toilet seat wasn’t even connected to the toilet and slid right off, smelled real musty and smoky, dog feces right outside the door that had been there a while, leaking refrigerator, pool out of service, etc… We were not able to cancel our second night and were mostly disappointed that, despite the state of things, we still had to pay that for that again. The manager did what she was able to do and it sounds more like a corporate problem. Could’ve gotten unlucky and for their regular rates it probably serves its purpose but it really bummed us out.

The managers, both daytime and nighttime, were great. They were both fully committed. But what about maintenance? They could not repair the slow-draining shower.

Horrible experience. The grounds are full of cigarette butts, stains and filth. The non-smoking room reeked of smoke. The highway noise kept us up all night. The kicker was leaving hanging valuables in the bathroom, calling within 24 hours and then being hung up on by the front desk clerk telling me they don't have them and don't leave stuff behind the next time. Very rude, unhelpful, and lack of care for their guests. Do not recommend.
