Not the greatest experience I paid for a suite got a queen instead I guess they gave my suite away. They didn’t have enough towels and rags in room. Eggs and bacon and sausage was over cooked.

Mainly it was a cheep room. The beds were stiff and to the point you could feel the springs. The pillows where small and extremely lumpy. The head rest mirror was cracked along with a picture on the wall. The frig worked but was loud and the bottom drawer was filled with water. The air conditioner worked but had to be kept at its lowest setting to work. These sound bad but the room was cheap and it was okay even with these issues.

Bathtub was totally clogged and no one to speak to and had to shower standing in dirty water
Room 412.
Proper staffing is the key

Room is OK but old (style). Building facility is old and smelly. Breakfast (cold) uses somewhere like from Costco. Toilet seat cannot be lifted, the flush is broken, bathroom vent is not working (foggy during/after the shower). No worth the price.

The only complaint I have is that I stayed here 8 nights, requested housekeeping twice and never received it!! That's not okay for me!
