Nice Getaway!

I decided to visit the Scottish Inn because I read so many good things about it. I was happy I stayed.
You never know what you will really get when you arrive. The reviews definitely matched the property.
I was apprehensive because of the area. Across the highway from the Scottish Inn, I had stopped at a few of them first and no way was I going to stay at those I was allowed to see. Owners didn't care to show you rooms. Very strange.
When I arrived, Bernadette was happy to show me the room and it was an easy yes from me when she showed me. Nice and clean,seemed quiet, inviting bed and it was!
They didn't disappoint!
Reasonable prices, I was happy to pay a little more for it.
I will stay again when I visit the area.

Don't go unless u need drugs or a std

Hookers and meth dealers and a old lady who smokes on the second floor who lives there and watches out for the hookers was asked if I needed meth or a date the too floor end room and the manager is in on it too hookers and drugs i told the police they said they been watching for a while hope they raid that place i took videos of it all

2nd worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

I haven’t even been here an hour and already this place holds the distinction of being the 2nd worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed just about everywhere. It seems about one step up from skid row. I pulled up and there was nobody in the office so I had to call, the manager was cool after I called him and he had to create a new reservation for me. I’d made my reservation on Booking.com, received a confirmation, yet needed to create a new reservation. So my fear is I’ll be charged 2x for the same cr*p room that’s not worth the price it’s advertised as initially, let alone double that. I get my key and go to my room, making my way past the horde of congregating chainsmokers standing on the balcony and on ground level, flinging spent cigarettes into parking lot…… I’m hoping my car doesn’t catch fire in the middle of the night. I walk into the room and am immediately just about knocked out by the stench of mold, which I’m allergic to. The room is filthy and appears not to have been cleaned in about a decade. I attempted to turn on television and got the “No Connection” message…..and all this luxury is mine at the great rate of $90 a night, I’d be better off sleeping in my car…… I read the reviews and thought this would be a good place, boy was I ever fooled. I wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me to stay here!!! And I’m still not certain I’m going to make it through the night here I may just leave and go find a real hotel to stay in, because this is utterly embarrassing. People presenting a product this lousy and then having the audacity to ask for $90 to stay here, should be utterly ashamed and publicly flogged. I’m embarrassed FOR you!!!!

Above and Beyond......

I booked this place for 2 nights after reading all the latest reviews, with many commenting on the wonderful treatment they received from Bernadette at the front desk. Sure enough, when I needed some help with an issue with my computer, she spent an entire hour trying to help me. Wow!! Now with regards to the room, it was nice, clean, had a comfortable mattress, good and cool A/C and I was allowed an early check in. What else could one ask for? This was one of the more pleasant hotel experiences I have ever had. Thanks, Bernadette!!!

Fantastic night!

I stayed in the jacuzzi room at the scottish inn. From check in to check out, everything was perfect! Normally check in time is at 3pm but I had requested an earlier check in time and the manager, Bernadette, was more than happy to be able to do it for me. When I made my reservation she sent me a welcome text which was so sweet! A nice surprise as that has never happened before. When I checked in, not only was Bernadette there to greet me, she introduced me to the housekeeper, Kathy, who was very kind and welcoming and friendly. The room is nice and spacious and super clean. Big king sized bed with plenty of pillows and a super soft fleece throw that was so comfy!!! The jacuzzi was the absolute best thing about the room, didn't want to get out. Love that there was an extra set of bath towels just for the jacuzzi. Nice touch.
