There is no ice maker, except a little table top one in the lobby. TV is either Roku or Firestick which was confusing to older guests. A lamp in our room wasn’t working and we reported it, but it wasn’t repaired. Rooms were dated, but clean. Hot tub and sauna were out of order. The continental grab and go breakfast had a lot of options and was quite good.

The exterior of the building and grounds surrounding it need some care. Overgrown weeds around building & signs. Cigarette butts covering the parking lot. If we hadn’t made a reservation, we probably would not have stayed there. The interior was dated but seemed clean enough. Appears the bathroom had been updated. If there were amenities such as ice or breakfast, the woman at check-in did not tell us. The office had limited hours so we could not inquire when we returned to our room at night.

At first I was disappointed because I thought I’d booked the Aspen Lodge (which is at the other end of town) and the exterior of the Aspen Inn could use some attention. But the desk clerk was pleasant and the room was spacious and comfortable. The many amenities and breakfast options were appreciated. I’d stay there again

My room was clean, and that is most important, but there has been no renovation on this former Super 8 motel in at least 50 years. It is VERY worn out, and it was practically empty the Friday night in August (prime season, no?) I was there. I would pay extra and stay in a nicer place the next time I'm in the area.

The Aspen Inn is a little outdated but for a brief stay it was perfect. The room was clean, bathroom completely stocked, great front desk staff & the breakfast was perfect!
