Hotel is located in a business park which you'd think would be quiet, but the walls seem thin! We could hear kids jumping around late at night (woke us up), and someone stomping around as well. On a positive note, parking was $10. However, if you don't have the parking pass inside your car, they may tow it at 2am (was not told that initially so glad we found out.)
Front desk staff were super nice - they were learning a new software system, so I suspect that will get easier for them in time. Only thing close by is a 7 Eleven so that was helpful for snacks although they do sell some items in the hotel lobby. In the am, there is a pop up Starbucks onsite. If you need to be on the East side of town, it's good, otherwise kind of far from downtown.

The hotel was great. Very clean very well laid out in the rooms. The outdoor space was the star, though lots of seating and a fireplace.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were disappointed by several service issues.
Check-in took longer than expected because there was only one staff member working at the front desk. While the employee was courteous, the wait was frustrating after a long day of travel.
During check-in, I asked how to access the hotel breakfast since we had paid an additional breakfast surcharge through our reservation. The front desk staff told me that the breakfast staff would have a list of guests who had purchased breakfast. The next morning, however, the breakfast staff told us they did not have such a list and that we needed to get the details from the front desk. After speaking with the front desk, we were informed that only two guests were covered for breakfast. The situation was confusing and highlighted a lack of communication between hotel staff regarding breakfast benefits.
Because the breakfast terms were not clearly communicated and the process was confusing, I contacted Expedia. After reviewing the issue, Expedia agreed to refund the breakfast surcharge.
In addition, our room was not serviced during our stay even after we removed the “Do Not Disturb” sign from the door, which was disappointing.
Overall, the hotel needs to improve communication among staff, provide clearer information about guest benefits, and ensure housekeeping services are provided consistently.

It was good location. Lots of food options down the street and easy to get back on highway.

This is always our go-to for weekends in PDX. Consistently clean, close to Moda Center, downtown, and all the places we frequent. Thank you.
