The room was clean and comfort. We had a problem with the lack of towels in both the room and the pool. There were no hand towels at all in the hotel. The pool and gym are nice but the pool is not checked for cleanliness and clean towels. Guests left food containers behind and no one was on top of it.

Disgusting

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. It is a dump. First we had no towels and no shower curtain. The guy who brought them up smelled terrible and the towels smelled funny. Every piece of furniture was scratched and stained. Paint chipping everywhere. The ice machine was disgusting. If I could give a 0 I would.

We stayed at the property just 2 days before and I gave it a glowing review. Not sure what happened from 2 days after we left. But needed a last min place to stay. Room not so clean, lint on the bed only 2 towels, thin walls. It was a Sunday night must of had a party going on loud music going on until 10:30 pm. Trash in the stair well, just not the same vibe from our Thursday night visit.

Room was clean, but it did have a slight cigar aroma but it wasn't unbearable. Our biggest issue was our room only had 1 towel (with no hand towels or wash cloths). We called twice to get towels, but they never arrived until I went down to the front desk at 11PM at night.
