This is a hidden gem. Everything was done right here. The staff was excellent, the accomodations were better than the photographs. I am already looking at dates to return.

The Penny Lane was our happy place! The room and main building were so beautiful, fresh and clean. The grounds were charming and located a short walk from a cafe and the ocean. Tara was an exceptionally kind host and made sure we had what we needed from morning lattes to extra towels. We will certainly return!

We came for one night and it was lovely! The rooms were clean, beautiful and the staff was so nice. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Disappointing

Recently booked for 4 days for a brief getaway. Room is clean yet very small. On our second day the TV, Internet and WiFi stopped functioning. Brought the issue to management's attention and were advised that they had a problem since July 4th. Our stay was a week later yet they never advised us of the issues in advance. Initially, they were cooperative and attempted to resolve the issues but were unsuccessful. As soon as we advised them that we cannot stay without any connectivity they ghosted us. We had to shorten our trip and return home early as connectivity is very important to us especially as the area has poor cell service. We have sent them several emails and they have not responded to any since we departed early. This could have been easily resolved by fixing the core issue or offering us a partial refund especially given that we did not stay for the number of days which we paid for in advance. Their approach to issue resolution does not bode well for how future guests will be treated.
Again, tried to work it out yet they choose to ignore us. Moreover, this is my first negative review of any venue in decades.
