BED BUGS! BED BUGS! GROSS PLACE TO STAY!

I stayed in this hotel for a funeral the next day. I was laying in bed watching tv when i saw a bug crawling. The mattress was invested with bed bugs everywhere. I captured a few of them in a cup and went down to the office. They offered me another room and i had no other choice but to try it. By this time it was 2:00 am. I slept in the other filthy room on top of the covers and in all my clothes. The hotel manager would not give me a refund because he said i used the other room. The next morning the staff was putting clean sheets on the invested bed..... They said "NO BED BUGS". It was the worst hotel i have ever seen.

Actually a bit below average.

There are few motels in the area unless you want to stay in Richmond so I stayed here. Very basic, no frills but clean enough and quiet. No breakfast but there is some dining nearby. There was no comfortable chair provided in the room.

NEVER STAYED IN SUCH A HORRIBLE PLACE

This is a run down motel run by an India enterprise. The room was dirty, no soap, no
towels left, no place to hang your clothes except on the shower curtain, noisy, no hot
water, luke warm, and to make it worse, some of my garments were taken. When I
reported it the agent told me that the maid couldn't have taken them. The rear units are rented to low income locals. Seven miles from there is Bera which has many
nice motels, but having never been in Irvine KY before, I didn't know.

Good for the location, not a 5star

The room was clean and service was friendly for the price I paid. This was our first time in the area and took a chance. The property is old but kept up well and looks like they are doing some work to the place!

Shabby and run down

We stayed one night at the Oak Tree Inn on our way to Ohio. My husband booked our room before I had a chance to check the reviews here on Trip Advisor. I was nervous about staying here after seeing some of the reviews saying how dirty the rooms were and the one about a mouse in the room. Luckily we did not have any mice in our room and it was fairly clean but the whole place is very run down. They only gave us one bar of soap for two people. Also they charged us about $10 more than the advertised price on their website, not including the fees. We would not recommend this motel to anyone. It needs a complete renovation.
