The hotel is undergoing major renovations so it’s understandable that not everything was available. The room was spacious and clean and the clerk was very friendly

Not very good

It was nasty. I paid more to get the breakfast, no pool, parking wasn’t a good, floors are dirty. The hallway stuck like weed. I would gotten my money back if I hadn’t prepaid for it. The shampoo was used

The property was under construction and this was not disclosed at the time of booking. The pool was closed. The breakfast was not available. The listing stated that cats were ok to stay, but at check-in we were told cats were not allowed. The room was very dirty.

It'll probably be OK when the work is completed. As it is, we were just sleeping on our way home to NC and it worked for us.

The property was under major renovations which was not disclosed. There was drywall and joint compound, paint and dust everywhere. It should have just been closed until renovations were complete.
I waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk so I can discuss canceling the reservation. No one came, nor did anyone answer my call or message.
The hotel will look nice once finished but you do not force visitors to your city to stay in a construction zone. The hotel still billed my credit card which is unacceptable.
