I was very impressed with the interior of the room. It was extra-clean, and smartly decorated. A real joy to be in. The exterior was not so fastidious - the area around the drink machine was a mess, with several garbage bags piled up. But the price was great, the motel is across from a beach access point, and it was just a short walk. Plus, there is great food within walking distance. I would be happy to return.

My bed had a brown stain on it and the sheets felt damp. The bathroom sink had some kind of marks on it that seemed like they were not cleaned. However, the room was fine for a one night stay. The parking lot is definitely very tight.

There is no office or anyone on duty so access to your rm. is by text, which I did not know. It was a very hot day & the rm. was freezing cold from the air conditioner, which proved to be quite a problem to cut off. AC operation the other 6 nights on this trip in 6 other hotels was pretty much standard. There was no bar of soap in rm. so I called. None was delivered, so I went to Food Lion & bought 2 bars--I was out at home anyway.
When I returned after dark, the sign is not lighted so I had to get out my GPS to find it.

While trying to clean up some water off the floor in the kitchen, we found the floor to be really dirty. We left the towel that we used on a chair. Everything else was great. Really comfortable bed.

The place was in a great area! Close to the beach and some great local businesses! The parking was not ideal as it is very small. It was frustrating when one unit had more than one vehicle and took more than one spot. They advertise a smart tv but all of the apps were locked up so you couldn’t access your Netflix etc and could only watch cable. Cable was fine for us but don’t advertise a smart tv if it’s locked up and unable to be accessed. Overall a fabulous stay!! We would return!
