Snowy days in Lancaster

I have actually stayed at this Marriott multiple times during the winter when it wasn’t safe to drive home in the snow and then turn around and come back to work the following day. It’s a decent hotel. My Bonvoy status is always acknowledged at check-in, and the rooms and M Lounge are great.
My only major issue—and one I have personally experienced, as has a colleague—is that if you happen to forget something at the hotel, you will likely never get it back, even if you call within an hour of checking out. You will be bounced around between Security, Lost and Found, and the front desk, with no one taking ownership of the situation, and ultimately, you may never get your belongings back.
To make matters worse, the manager is probably the rudest person I have ever encountered at any Marriott property. I was genuinely appalled by how rude and condescending she was. I included my concerns in my direct review of the hotel via email, but I received the usual response about how “the matter will be addressed,” which unfortunately made me feel that nothing would actually be done.
In a customer service role, she seriously needs additional training on how to communicate with and handle guests professionally. The way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable.

Every was good for our stay and the location was fantastic. The parking is a little complicated to get to, but once you’ve found the way, it’s easy. There should directions for the parking that accompany your reservation.

This is a very nice hotel. Which was a bit unexpected given the surrounding neighborhood area. I should note that while this was a family trip (me, my wife and our two kids) this hotel leans into a corporate / adult atmosphere. The parking garage was conveniently close. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We ordered dinner from PLOUGH (restaurant) and the food was fantastic! Overall, I would give this hotel a strong 9 out 10 stars.

We liked the hotel a lot. The access to the restaurants and parking garage was a bit clunky, not fluid as I’ve experienced on many other hotels, but nice area, staff, and most importantly, beautiful rooms!

The hotel, staff, restaurant, and room were all 5 stars. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
