I did not use amenities, however there wasn't a not applicable option. The staff were nice when we did interact.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Convenient location.
Ask to stay on back side of hotel, as the front is on a busy road and can be loud

Great Staff, Bad Room

Stayed here last weekend (July 24-26 2026). The staff was great, but the physical aspects of the room were poor. First of all, the room was about 150 feet off highway 30 and noise from the cars, trucks, and motorcycles was constant. I had to wear earplugs in order to sleep. If you choose to stay here, don't get a room facing the highway. The worst part of the room was that the air conditioner put out so much moisture that everything felt damp the next morning. I had to use the hair dryer on my clothes before I could wear them. The couch in the room needs to be replaced. It was not comfortable and made noise when we sat on it. The electrical outlet next to the bed would not work -- a lamp was there, but not plugged in -- so they knew it was bad. When I tried to lower the shade on the window, it fell all the way to the bottom -- even lower than the air conditioning unit. Had to fold it up on top of the air conditioner. Overall, a very disappointing property.

The staff was friendly especially the housekeepers. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very friendly and courteous staff. The bed was wonderful and we had great nights sleep. Nice variety on the breakfast buffet.
It was alittle pricy at $282.00 per night, but you get what you pay for.
