Homey feeling in a small town!!!

I stayed at Cullars Inn and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The staff was welcoming and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth. The location is convenient, close to town but still quiet and peaceful. Definitely a good choice if you’re looking for a reliable and affordable place to stay in Lincolnton!!

Do not stay here!!

What a dump!! Made reservations six weeks in advance; when I checked in at 530 pm, the desk clerk scolded me for "being late". I had reservations for rooms with king size beds; got queen beds instead, in a dirty room, with dirty floors, dirty sheets, stained walls, non-working tv, and no hot water (it was tepid at best) asked for clean pillowcases and was told I was "an ungrateful customer who complained too much" and that clean linens would be delivered the next day! We checked out at 9 pm that same day, but of course NO REFUND for the 2nd night I guess I should have known when I saw that it was a combination motel/U Haul rental, and that their business license has expired a year ago
Do NOT attempt to stay here!!!

Clean and Comfortable

It was a clean room with a comfortable bed, and it is near where we needed to be that met our needs for this trip. No it isn’t the Waldorf Astoria, no it doesn’t have coffee service or breakfast, but I knew all of that before I got here. Do your research, they don’t advertise that they offer any of those things. They offer a clean, comfortable & safe room in a very small town. If that’s what you’re looking for you’ll be satisfied. If you’re looking for all of the amenities then go elsewhere and pay more.

Good hotel in a remote location.

Not the Hilton, but our room was clean, excellent wi-fi, large flat screen tv and terrific AC. A few bad reviews have been written for this hotel, by people that have never written another review anywhere for anything before or after their "stay". Evidently someone is trying to settle a personal grudge with the owners.

Do Not Stay Here

This is the worst establishment in the state! Disgusting rooms. Terrible customer service! You do NOT want to stay here. It was the word experience of our lives and during Hurricane Helene! These people are despicable! It is sad to see such a business in our small town. It's no wonder there are so many terrible reviews. These people are barely even human.
