NOCHE DE LOCURA
Soy catalana y viajé durante todo el verano por la costa este, MARAVILLA <3 adoro EEUU, conocí a un chico encantador y después de salir de fiesta por el centro de Holywood buscamos un lugar para los dos :D
Dimos mucha vuelta y acabamos en este lugar, no sabíamos que era un lugar peligroso (lo supe luego) no nos pasó nada, sólo que se nos hizo de día mientras tomábamos un batido en un lugar de comida rápida jajajajaj
el hostal mal, pero la compañía es lo mejor
pagamos muy poco dinero y la cama almenos era comoda, lo recomiendo si solo es 1 noche, más días no
Pero cuidado en el barrio, no llevar objetos de valor a la vista... y otra cosa que em enteré luego que ETTA JAMES Y RAY CHARLES ESTÁN ENTERRADOS CERCA DE ESTE HOSTAL, o sea wow... impresionante...
en fin, que si no encuentran nada barato, pueden ir aquí ( lo importante siempre con quien vas, no donde <3 )

AWFUL EXPERIENCE
My partner and I travelled from Australia and opted to stay at the Cornett Motel as it was sort of close to the airport. Just for one night as we planned to head to Vegas the following day.
We arrived at the airport at 6.30pm.
As we walked into our hotel room, it had rubbish inside and there was no working lights except for one lamp.
The condition of the room was VERY POOR!
We mentioned to the front desk that we were looking for a place to buy an international PowerPoint converter for our chargers and to buy some food (after a 15 hour flight). He did not mention that it was unsafe to walk around at night time.
On our way home from eating some dinner from a fast food restaurant about 500/600m away from our motel approx 9.15pm. We were stopped by 2 men and had robbed us at gun point. We lost both of our passports, both wallets, all of our money and both phones.
We managed to get away with our lives and ran to another close fast food restaurant who assisted us with contacting the police. We then explained everything to them. Every single person we had spoken to about our situation all questioned as to why we were even staying in the area and mentioned not to stay in Inglewood and Crenshaw as it's almost as bad as Compton. Also the people who work at the motels and hotels are apparently supposed to advise their guests not to walk around at night.
For the next 2 days we had to deal with the Australian and New Zealand consulate, police and the airline we flew on and completely ruined our trip.
All of this occurred 3 hours after landing in Los Angeles from Australia.
It's definitely worth to stay super close to the airport and paying the extra money! Put your safety first!
I also had photos on my phone of the room, however it had been stolen.

Perfect for the price
Me and my girlfriend were travelling from quebec city and wanted a cheap deal and chose the cornett motel because it was situated pretty much centered to everything we wanted to do. The area was ok, I didn't feel in danger anytime, eventhough you shouldnt stay too much outside during nighttime. The room was big and comfortable, eventhough the pressure from the shower was very weak. Otherwise it was great for the stay. Also have to mention that the guy at the reception was very nice to use and very welcoming, this game me a good impression.

Mucha mugre y mala atención
Mis comentarios siempre arrancan analizando lo que pago, este es un hotel barato y no espero un 5 estrellas soy consciente de eso, pero lo mínimo que esperas es limpieza y buen trato, este hotel no tiene nada de eso, lo único rescatable es que las camas eran cómodas.
