What an amazing surprise! The room was spectacular! Clean, cozy, and quiet with a comfortable bed. This was just a one night stop, but I will plan a longer stay next time I travel. Highly recommended!

The facility itself was terrific! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The only problem was an email was sent with our code to get into the room. We did not write the code down and when we arrive, we found that there was no Internet available. We found a liquor store nearby and was able to use their Internet to retrieve our entry code. The lesson that we learn is write the code down.
Our bed was a little noisy when we laid on it. But we had an amazing night of sleep every night that we were there.
The walk from our room to Lake Superior was short, but we had to walk down about 100 stairs to get to the lake. Once we made it to the lake, it was simply breathtaking and very relaxing. If we had to travel to this area again, we would definitely book this lodging place again!

We are able to check in about an hour early, which was great and much appreciated. Upon arrival we noticed property could use some landscaping ( overgrown vegetation etc). Property is close to lake Superior and the River, we walked the trail to the lake River which was ok. Upon entering our room when we open, the door is extremely warm inside and very stuffy. We follow that there was no air-conditioning at all!? in the closet they had a fan in a floor type cooling unit, which provided no cold air and was pretty much just a fan as well. It wasn’t an extremely warm day. It was a little muggy, but the room was horribly warm and did not cool down even overnight we had our windows open, which turn a lot of of us with no privacy being right next to another unit with a balcony and window that could look right into our unit so that was very disappointing not having air conditioner. I’m not sure how you can have an establishment like this without air conditioning, especially in our humid warmer months very confusing. The room itself was large and clean, which was nice. The bed was comfortable, but could use better pillows.

Beautiful Property

Absolutely amazing property. We were looking for a quiet non firework 4th for our aging dog and this was the perfect spot. The grounds are stunning and right on the lake. There are trails to go down to the lake. Our condo was lovely and pet friendly. No air conditioning was never a problem. Ceiling fans, low temps and open windows were perfect. Very close to everything north and south for hikes and attractions. WiFi was good and parking was right in front of our unit. If you have ADA issues stay in an upstairs unit as the door is street level. I had a blown out knee and found the stairs a little difficult but manageable. We can’t wait to return.

Fireplace wasnt working. Contacted number and no one ever got back to us. It was reason we selected room.
