We were extremely happy with our stay this weekend. The room was clean and well-maintained as well as luxurious and comfortable, but the best thing about the stay was the staff’s friendliness and hospitality. We were greeted each day by the wonderful reception staff, and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. We will definitely be returning at the first opportunity!

Excellent room (very clean and well stocked) and excellent customer service. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. I also appreciated that they let me keep my car in the lot and luggage at the front desk until after the workday was done on the day I checked out. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

5-Stars in Every Category - Comfortable, Clean, Quiet and Staff that goes Above & Beyond

Our third time staying here while visiting family and every time we have been just amazed by the friendly and professional staff, the beautifully appointed rooms and overall experience. Rooms are spotless and beds/pillows comfortable. The front desk staff and dining room staff could not be more friendly and helpful. On site parking is very easy in and out. Great downtown location as well. Highly recommend to anyone staying in the downtown Madison area.

Doubletree with clean and spacious rooms.

Great location on the east side of Madison. Had a wonderful King corner suite. Very spacious and clean. Book this type of room if you need a good sitting area with couch & chair. There is also a table with 4 chairs. Sleeping room is separate, but no door to close between the two areas. Nice breakfast, but very small sitting area. If there is a full house and you arrive at peak times you may need to take your food back to your room. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that my request for hypoallergenic room was not managed well. I had comments written into my reservation regarding the need for a feather free room. I also called the morning of my arrival, reminded the front desk of the need and was told "we always advise housekeeping of written requests". When I arrived in the room the pillows had feathers and I had to call to have them replaced.

We appreciate the kind words, but believe you may have stayed at the DoubleTree on the East Side of Madison - this page is for the Downtown Madison location. The description of the intended hotel's location mentions the East Side of the city and our property does not have any corner suites. Hopefully we'll have the pleasure of welcoming you should you choose to explore downtown next time you're visiting!

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We arrived earlier than expected and asked if an early check-in was possible. They were very kind and did their best to help us check in early. Their excellent customer service made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Thank you for making our stay even more enjoyable!
